Now is the time when my work starts to really get busy, which makes weekly menu plans pretty hard. I hope to keep up!

The Haul

  • Lettuce
  • Dill
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Baby Arugula
  • Leeks
  • Siberian Kale
  • Swiss Chard
  • Spinach
  • Carrots
  • Beets
  • Kohlrabi
  • French Breakfast Radishes (big ones!)
  • Strawberries
  • Oranges

The Plan

  • Tofu tacos with cilantro
  • Smoked salmon and dill spread (for breakfast, maybe or maybe for dinner with a salad?)
  • Braised Radishes by Bittman
  • Kale Alfredo sauce
