More pizza!

I love rapini, and was so glad to get it in my box last week. I used it in a pizza with swiss chard, and it was amazing. Dark greens and goat cheese is pretty much always a winning combo.

1 bunch rapini
1 bunch chard
goat cheese
pine nuts
pizza dough
Saute rapini and chard until wilted. Remove to cutting board and chop.
Meanwhile, slice onion, and saute in a bit of EVOO until soft and sweet.
Preheat oven to 425. Top pizza dough with greens, onion, nuts, and cheese. Bake for 18 minutes.
